Guest Wing: About this property
Casa-Pel Guest Wing, available for Airbnb bookings, offers one bedroom with a sitting area, bathroom, and a kitchenette. The bedroom features a large king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a sofa, and a TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. This Guest Wing is a spacious and private section, ideal for couples or business travelers needing extra comfort, accommodating up to two people.
Convenient Amenities: The apartment includes air-conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a stove top, catering to all culinary needs.
Villa Grande:
Villa Grande is a premium, large accommodation suited for groups, families, or extended stays with luxury amenities. This villa has four bedrooms available for booking, all with ensuites. Three bedrooms on the upper floor have private balconies allowing guests to enjoy fantastic views of the Malaka mountains and Morupule mine.
Guests booking on the first floor will pay a premium price and will have access to an open-plan lounge and kitchen area. The office space is bookable for guests wanting a dedicated workspace.
Villa Grande Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor) has wheelchair access and is suited for accommodating disabled persons. Bathroom facilities will allow easy shower access and include grab rails for added safety and convenience.
Family space: Traveling with a baby, toddler, or young child? Kindly let us know in advance so we can prepare to accommodate your family’s needs. A baby cot and sofa beds are available for families traveling with little ones.
Bedroom 4 is ideal for families and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The setup includes 1 double bed in Bedroom 4 and 1 queen-size sofa bed in the adjacent study room. Combined, these spaces offer comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, with access to a shared bathroom. The small study room also provides access to a private terrace, offering added comfort and privacy for families.
Please note that Bedroom 4 is located on the first floor. Guests are kindly requested to read our Risk Indemnity – Access to Elevated Areas policy, which must be signed upon arrival.
Outdoor Spaces: Guests can relax in the garden or on the terrace, enjoying free WiFi throughout the property. The outdoor seating areas and barbecue facilities provide ample space for leisure activities. There is also a reasonably sized swimming pool (8.1 meters by 4.0 meters) that all guests can use.
